About the role
The Australian Timor-Leste Partnership for Human Development (PHD) support the people and Government of Timor- Leste to build and sustain healthy, educated and prosperous communities. The Partnership for Human Development is funding WASH infrastructure and Behaviours Sustainability Project in Bobonaro.
Use your engineering experience in water and waste water construction and management to support the PHD team to achieve 100% improved household toilets, provide technical guidance to local WASH NGOs and strengthen the capacity of the Municipal Water Service personnel to respond to the needs of the community.
