About the role

We are Democracy in Colour: a national racial justice advocacy organisation led by people of colour. We run campaigns to tackle structural racism; hold political, cultural and corporate leaders to account for the things they say and do on race; and strengthen the political voice of people of colour.

We’re looking for a Workshop Facilitator to help out on a volunteer basis for approximately 5 hours a week. Our training module is currently in development, and we are looking for someone who is creative and passionate about the creation and delivery of these workshops. The workshop structure is delivered as a trivia challenge, with participants in teams, and a facilitator leading discussions to further the group’s understanding of race and racism.
