This two-part series will be run on the 18th and 20th of February at 2pm.

  • Learn the mindsets and preconditions you need to develop effective collaborations
  • How to work differently in an age of rapid change and increasing complexity
  • What we need to do to to tackle entrenched problems in communities
  • How the Collective Impact framework can inform you about how to drive reform

Dawn will deliver concrete examples from her deep learning and hands-on experience and show examples that have built capacity and enabled local empowerment to sustain and measure progress in communities.

Dawn O'Neil AM

Dawn is well known for her work as CEO of Lifeline and beyondblue and has sat as Director on many Not for Profit boards (currently STREAT and Ten20 Foundation). She has long been a champion of many important causes and knows the value of collaboration. Most recently she has been a major voice for the idea of Collective Impact: organisations working together towards a common goal.
