The Organisation

Bush Heritage Australia protects the natural environment through the purchase and management of high conservation value reserves and their partnerships with Traditional Owners and agricultural landowners, and other conservation, and other conservation organisations.

With over 40, 000 supporters Bush Heritage is funded primarily by individual donors who support their vision to protect Australia’s unique plants, animals and landscapes.

The Role

Reporting to the Supporter Relations and Data Manager you will work as part of a growing team to support the success of Bush Heritage Australia’s fundraising and marketing activities.

You will join an innovative team who are transitioning to a new CRM which will take their fundraising to the next level.

Specifically, you will:

• Define and develop segmentation and personalisation for direct marketing activities
• Execute data extractions for mail and email appeals, events and telemarketing
• Analyse campaigns, providing reports which provide campaign intelligence
• Maintain and improve data integrity, accuracy and cleansing
• Provide backup CRM user support through a transition period

Skills Required

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced data person who wants to work with innovative technology within an NGO organisation. You will enjoy working with complex data and providing insight. Therefore, strong numerical and analytical skills are required, with the ability to translate information and communicate in a way that adds value to your team. Personally, you will be energetic, able to think on your feet and a team player.
