About the role
- Christian based charity who help and give hope to disadvantaged Australians
- Work on a national faith based revitalisation pilot project
- Sydney based, 12-month fixed term contract
The Role
Working as part of a small team, you will be integral in managing all project related activities that are key to a faith based revitalisation project for divisions across NSW & ACT. This will include project planning, strategic analysis, risk mitigation, budget control and effective communication and stakeholder engagement. To achieve this you will:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with stakeholders at all levels
- Establish and adhere to project time lines and budgets
- Ensure project deliverables are met, within scope and aligned to strategic vision
- Lead by example whilst creating capability uplift and taking people along the journey
Skills Required
This role will be suited to a strategic project and change management professional who operates consultatively and collaboratively. Together with your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, you also have the ability to influence others effectively.
Having worked in organisations going through a transformation, you are comfortable and flexible enough to navigate your way through ambiguous project environments. You will deliver projects, applying both big picture and detailed/analytical thinking using proven PMO methodologies.
Tertiary qualifications in Business/Project Management and qualifications in Change Management are essential.
