About the role

The Role
This position is primarily responsible for managing the relationship between Evolve Housing and the affordable housing market as well as between Government bodies and property owners/developers. Reporting to the Private Market Housing Manager and in conjunction with a supportive team, you will be responsible for the coordinating the organisation’s National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) activities, including all regulatory requirements and key milestones. You will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of NRAS allocations in line with company requirements, whilst also preparing Property Management Agreements, interpreting and applying policy or guideline changes and preparing and managing property transfers under NRAS. You will guide and support individuals and the organisation on NRAS and undertake administrative duties such as contract management, managing change requests, reporting, file maintenance, document preparation and NRAS data entry. You will be confident in extracting data via the Department of Social Services’ online reporting platform (FOFMS), support the team in a back-up capacity and provide scheduled and ad hoc reports to State and Federal departments.

You are a friendly, professional, individual who possesses strong project management, property and administration skills and have strong attention to detail. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with NRAS, you are highly organised and project a positive, customer-centric attitude. You are driven by deadlines, not afraid of a challenge, understand the importance of compliance and accurate reporting and are a team player who is passionate about the industry.
Essential Selection Criteria
• Experience in project management experience or administration projects of a complex nature
• Knowledge of NRAS scheme and Affordable Housing (desirable)
• FOFMS experience (desirable)
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Current Driver License and right to drive in NSW
• Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of an excellent customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively listen to, interpret and convey information
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
• Proven ability to effectively plan and organise own workload and establish priorities
• Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
