RSPCA WA is looking for an exceptional Individual Giving Specialist who is driven to help people help animals. We are passionate about our supporters – without them, the RSPCA would cease to exist.

We’re looking for a donor-loving, relationship-focused, data-mad fundraiser who is dynamic, outcome driven and doesn’t mind a dog or two in the office.

Reporting into the Manager of Fundraising Development and working as part of the Community Engagement team, this role has been established to develop and nurture new and existing relationships with the organisation’s individual givers to maximise fundraising revenue.

The role will oversee the individual giving fundraising activities for RSPCA WA including direct mail, regular giving, donor acquisition and retention.

You will be responsible for:
• Overseeing the day-to-day deliverables of the Donor Care team
• Liaising with the Database Administrator on a regular basis to analyse data and action changes
• Preparing briefs for the writing, design and production of DM and RG appeals and eDMs
• Analysing the donor database to identify prospects and implement targeted activities
• Managing the production process for all appeals
• Post-campaign analysis and reporting

The role will contribute to the development of a comprehensive individual giving strategy to ensure donations and donor numbers targets are met or exceeded.

Other responsibilities include liaising with different RSPCA WA departments to obtain information about donor-supported work, cause-related stories and fundraising opportunities.
