The role
Innovate to diversify the revenue streams of one of the largest fundraising portfolios in Australia. Build a culture of innovation and donor centricity while building an agile digital fundraising strategy. Reporting to Head of Individual and Community Giving this role will draw on consumer insights and leading edge customer experience techniques to spearhead a new product development pipeline.
About You
From your extensive experience leading innovation and data driven customer experience initiatives, you have a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and human centred design, and the Australian consumer market. Your application will demonstrate your success in conceptualising, building, testing, implementing and subsequent evaluation of new consumer or donor products, and strong digital fundraising or digital marketing skills.
