Wesley Employment Services is a program of Wesley Mission Victoria.

About the opportunity

We have an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and experienced person to work with a highly reputable and iconic community services organisation. Working in our jobactive Employment Service, the Team Leader will deliver quality service to our clients, providing ongoing coaching to staff and achieving outcomes in results orientated work environment. As an experienced leader, the position will drive staff to deliver a high performing quality service by providing strong and effective leadership, fostering a high performing culture.

About you

We’re looking for motivated people who have a genuine interest in and commitment to working with a team in helping people in the community to find ongoing employment. A minimum of 1 year’s previous experience in a supervisory role (preferably in employment services) is essential and previous experience in the employment services sector will be highly regarded. Empathy, resilience, outstanding personal qualities and a preference for working within a collaborative team environment are a must.
