About this opportunity
As a Support Worker, you will deliver a variety of services to participants to support them to live a fulfilling and meaningful life in the community.
Your working day may include this and more: assistance and or support with daily life, including personal care, domestic activities, social and community participation and varying skill development activities.
About you
You will need a Certificate 3 or 4 in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care or Home and Community Care. You will need a current valid Driver’s Licence and registered vehicle (including insurance). You will also need a satisfactory Police Records Check and Working with Children Check.
