About the role
We are looking for a highly experienced Program Manager to manage our Naremburn Family Centre. The right applicant will have extensive social service sector operational experience and be able to lead multidisciplinary teams to facilitate better outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities include:
•Managing the delivery of community based social care programs
•Strategic planning and development of strategic stakeholder relationships
•Providing effective leadership and supervision of staff
•Providing sound financial management of family centre funding and resources
•Complying with all government reporting requirements and regularly evaluating programs.
•Facilitating and participating in community engagement
•Actively participate and contribute to the Operations team.
The key requirements for this role are:
•Providing effective leadership which supports the business mission and values
•Demonstrate the ability to facilitate multidisciplinary staff and teams working together
•The ability to develop, maintain and strengthen partnerships both internal and external
•Being client centred and facilitating opportunities for client feedback
•Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities to support excellence in programs and interventions
•Actively developing and engaging staff in principles of team work and collaborative program integration to benefit clients.
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
•Adherence to CatholicCare’s mission, vision and values as well as policies, procedures and codes at all times.
