Reporting to a well-connected Board that expects results, the organisation has gained
enormous profile through audacious events such as The Big Freeze, strongly championed by
Neale Daniher. You will lead the Foundation’s operations and fundraising activities on a daily
basis, maintaining key relationships and building a strong staffing unit capable of delivering
on all strategic areas. You will prudently manage financial resources, work effectively with
research partners and ensure compliance with all relevant NFP legislation.
For this unique challenge you must be a confident and strategic leader with a proven track
record in business and financial management and appropriate tertiary qualifications. You
should have experience working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and be able to set
priorities while maintaining clarity of purpose. Experience in managing major events or national
campaign-related teams will be highly regarded.
