The Chief Executive Officer will provide strong strategic leadership to deliver the Mission of GSANZ through expanded services that are also innovative, effective and efficient. As the ‘face and voice’ of GSANZ, the CEO will also be responsible for promoting and strengthening partnerships, and, using the information from GSANZ’s research and services, advocating for change with government and relevant sector stakeholder groups.
This position requires an experienced, strategic and highly ethical leader, who has strong people, financial management and sophisticated advocacy and promotion skills. You will be an inclusive, collaborative and credible leader, able to communicate with influence, instilling confidence in staff, consumers and other relevant stakeholder groups. Prior experience working in the human services sector is preferred.
