In this exciting position, an experienced School Wellbeing Coordinator will oversee the intake, integration and effective functioning of the student well-being resources at Fountain Gate Secondary College. The Coordinator will provide assessment, treatment, care planning and support to young people, and will receive referrals from the teachers in well-being roles within the school. The position will also be involved in supporting whole-of-school approaches to student well-being using evidence-based frameworks.
