The role
The Payroll Systems Coordinator role provides direct support to the Payroll operations team, troubleshooting system processes and resolving system and payroll issues; and provides support during system upgrades and configuration projects to the Payroll Systems Administrator.
In addition to this, the role is also responsible for supporting the end to end payroll processing, producing compliance and statutory reporting and identifying improvements and changes in the Payroll system to optimise its efficiency.
About you
You will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in the configuration and delivery of payroll system related enhancements to support business initiatives in an end to end payroll processing environment.
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Aurion modules including payroll and AQT report writing (or similar discipline) should be demonstrated in your a pplication. In addition, you will have good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and highly developed organisational and time management skills.
