About the role

Are you a dynamic and experienced learning and development professional who is passionate about the role L&D plays in people’s lives?

The Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD) is seeking a Programs Manager to join the team at our inner-city office, just two minutes’ walk from Central station in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

The Programs Manager ensures that AITD professional development programs and events are of high quality and reflect AITD’s standing as the association of choice for training, learning and development professionals in Australia and beyond.

These programs include, but are not limited to:

  • Formal learning experiences
  • Communities of practice
