Three newly created leadership roles are key to the success of this strategy, and will complete the Executive team reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
About the role
This national role is responsible for creating and building positive partnerships across the Good Shepherd network and with GSANZ’s stakeholders. With a strong focus on working collaboratively with the Executive team, this role will provide expertise, strategic direction on stakeholder engagement as well as oversee the areas of Communications and Fundraising. Working with the CEO, this role will build cooperation within the Good Shepherd network and Good Shepherd Sisters nationally and internationally, in areas such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals. A highly strategic and influential leader, you will have at least five years’ experience at a senior level within marketing, communications and / or fundraising. You will demonstrate the energy and vision to lead transformational change, engender organisational synergy and develop others to create an environment of creativity and innovation. With exceptional verbal and written communication skills you will have the capacity to envision, articulate and operationalise fundraising and marketing plans. A marketing or business-related degree is essential as is a commitment to the vision, mission and values of Good Shepherd.
