About the role

About the role:

As the successful applicant, you will be part of the case management team delivering coordinated support services to Victoria Police employees.  Reporting into the Team Leader, you will ensure that employees, former employees and their families are supported and provided with the necessary services to support their Health and Wellbeing.

Your duties will include:

  • Case Management of complex cases
  • Extensive knowledge and support options for clients with complex needs
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Reporting to the team leader

 

As the successful applicant, you will have:

  • Experience in case management in a complex and fluid environment
  • High level communication and written skills
  • Adaptable, flexible and able to work autonomously
  • Effective time management
  • Demonstrated customer service and communication skills

 

Requirements and relevant information:

  • Two full time ongoing positions available
  • Regional travel will be required
  • You will participate in an on call roster system (including public holidays and weekends)
  • Applicants must hold a current (valid) Victorian Driver License
  • A relevant tertiary qualification/extensive experience
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency or the Australian Association of Social Workers is highly desirable
