We create and manage affordable rental housing options in the City of Port Phillip for single adults and young people who have faced homelessness and social exclusion. We encourage our tenants and clients to participate in the local community and share in the benefits of inner-city living. We work with people who are most in need of an affordable, supportive place to live.

About the role
Opportunity to work as a youth housing support worker in South Melbourne, providing case-management support to young people 15 – 25yrs, including single parents and accompanying children, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
The Youth Housing Support Worker position being offered is two and a half days per week (19 hrs per week/38 hrs per fortnight). The commitment to these hours is flexible but must include Wednesday and Thursday mornings due to team commitments. The period of employment would commence mid September 2019.
