Elizabeth Street Common Ground (ESCG) is an innovative approach to housing people who have experienced long term homelessness.

This Support Worker position is responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing monitoring of support plans as well as work in close partnership with other ESCG and ancillary staff, using a team-based approach to ensure the effective coordination and delivery of services for ESCG tenants.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate maturity, insight, flexibility, and initiative. The capacity to willingly engage with people to build rapport and trust. Applicants should be motivated, capable, empathetic, organised and enjoy working collaboratively with the people we support, as well as within your team.
