About the role
Chief Executive Officer – International Social Service Australia
Passionate about helping children and families separated by international boarders? Are you a relationship-oriented leader with good business acumen?
We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer (4 or 5 days per week) to ensure ISS is a growing, viable and vibrant organisation. The priorities for this role include strategic planning and delivery, robust financial management, business development, external representation, leadership in establishing a collaborative and productive organisational culture and governance. This role reports to the ISS Board.
If you have experience in international child adoption or abduction or a related field, have demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with relevant local and international stakeholders and you are also a relationship-focused commercial people leader, we would be interested in hearing from you.
