Executive Manager Consumer Directed Care

An exciting and unique opportunity has emerged for an experienced executive to lead the transformation and growth of Multiple Sclerosis Limited’s (MSL) Consumer Directed Care business. With an ambitious new strategic plan, MSL is seeking to expand and adapt services in response to consumer needs and deliver the greatest impact for people living with MS and other neurological conditions. Providing services in ACT, NSW, Victoria and Tasmania, MSL has over 60 years’ insight and will ensure a truly person-centred and empowerment focussed strategy. Building on their strong performance, MSL will continue to work alongside people with the conditions to become the provider of choice and a trusted advisor.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will have overall responsibility for the operational management and business development of all fee-for-service programs including NDIS, Employment and Aged Care. Driving new business through the implementation of strategies surrounding client attraction and retention, partnerships and referral streams, you will have a strong commercial focus that will deliver both business growth and service excellence.

A talented leader, entrepreneurial and innovative, you will have the ability to respond effectively to the dynamic, emerging and evolving marketplace. With exceptional business management experience, you will have strong commercial and financial skills and a proven track record of developing and building new business. An inspiring leader with exceptional change management skills, you will have successfully built high-performing teams that are outcomes focused and agile. Post-graduate qualification would be desirable and a tertiary qualification in business management, health administration or allied health is essential.
