Essentials:

• A commitment to choice, independence and integration
• An ability to plan, implement and evaluate programs that facilitate progression towards achieving individual goals
• An ability to provide effective Person-Centered Active Support for people with disabilities
• Compliance with the NDIS Code of Conduct
• A demonstrated history and commitment to maximizing the physical and emotional wellbeing of people with a disability.
• An ability to work as part of a dynamic team and organization
• Experience and/or qualification in the disability field
• Experience in providing Positive Behavior Supports
• A current Victorian Driver’s License
• Satisfactory Victorian Police Check & DWES checks

Salary – in accordance with Whittlesea District ATSS Disability Services Victoria (Part 1) Collective Agreement 2008.

 Monday to Friday                    9.00am – 3.00pm

 Seeking a motivated person to promote the active support model with participant groups that require a higher level of support & must be able to drive a commuter bus.
