On the Line is a professional social health organisation that successfully delivers 26 outsourced telephone and digital counselling solutions on behalf of its government and commercial funders. On the Line specialises in supporting client groups along the mental health continuum: from those who are high risk and have complex mental and social health needs, to the worried well, through to integrated physical, mental and social wellbeing.

About the role
Reporting to the new Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Growth and Innovation manages a team of 10 and leads all business development and innovation strategies. With responsibility for commercial and government proposals and tenders, you will generate revenue through new B2B and B2C products and services. With the ability to design new concepts, services and delivery channels, you will deliver customer focused and commercially oriented counselling solutions.
A conceptual thinker, you will demonstrate the ability to design and articulate service delivery models. You will possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce high quality tenders and proposals for government and commercial funders. With exceptional relationship management experience, you will have led a high performing team who are innovative, agile and responsive to customer needs. An MBA and tertiary qualifications in marketing, business and/or psychology or related discipline are highly desirable.
