About the role
A new structure enables these exciting new positions as Team Leaders in Home Based Care and Client and Engagement and Community portfolios.

Each role carries the same Position Description with a Specification for the role at the end. About the role The Team Leader will help oversee nominated service programs by providing leadership, service development, while ensuring relevant support services are delivered in line with our organisational values, purpose, principles, policies, standards and government legislation. To be successful in this role, candidates will have experience and knowledge of case management and service delivery in the social and community sector. Working with the leadership team, the incumbent will play a key role in upholding the development and growth of existing business units. A track record of delivering against robust quality frameworks, fostering innovation and new initiatives, whilst successfully managing operational risk associated with human service delivery will be a key determinant of this role. There will be a requirement for exemplary leadership and stakeholder relationship management skills to ensure success in this position. Qualifications Tertiary Qualifications in Social Work, Family Violence or Psychology practice or related discipline. A minimum of 1 years team leadership skills. About you As a passionate and motivated individual, you will work within a team of likeminded people with the goal to deliver a quality program that increases the wellbeing, respect and safety for all children and families. You enjoy team work, building strong relationships and working within a passionate and knowledgeable team. Experience with undertaking risk assessments and/or safety in risk however is essential.
