Through a range of programs, advocacy, fundraising and events NCJWA Vic strives to improve the status of women in the Jewish and broader communities.

The Position
The National Council of Jewish Women of Australia Vic (NCJWA Vic) seeks to appoint a dynamic individual to become its CEO and continue to achieve the organisation’s vision and purpose.
Reporting to the board, the CEO will steer the organisation through the delivery of a new strategic plan and provide visionary leadership to drive impact across all aspects of NCJWA Vic’s mission. The CEO will oversee a high performing team of staff and volunteers that deliver programs and activities for women and girls.
The appointee will be an innovative and inspiring individual who has a track record of meeting community needs and adapting in a changing environment. With a well-developed understanding of the Victorian Jewish community, the successful candidate will have a passion for gender equality, be able to effectively represent and promote the organisation and authentically connect with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in not-for-profit operations and governance in an executive or non-executive role is highly desirable.
