About the role
Wallan, Broadford & Seymour Based
- 2 x Occupational Therapist – Grade1/2, full-time positions
- 1 x Speech Pathologist Grade 1, full-time position
- 1 x Physiotherapist Grade 2, part-time (0.4 EFT) position
Due to a growing demand for our services, we are currently recruiting for several permanent positions to work with our busy and expanding Children’s Allied Health Team.

Situated in the outer and rural north of Melbourne, you will operate out of our Wallan, Broadford and Seymour sites. Outreach and Telehealth services are also provided across two rural local government areas, with a car available for all home visits. For a period of time, you are also likely to be working from home in consultation with your team leader.
Let’s talk about the roles:
These positions will join the current team of OTs, Speech Pathologists, Dietitian and Paediatrician to perform a diverse and flexible role in the provision of therapy services to paediatric clients and their families. An interest in working with children with disabilities and developmental delay is essential. Experience with NDIS services would be an advantage. We are seeking applicants who also have flexibility to work some late afternoon/early evenings and/or Saturday mornings to accommodate school-aged children. Additional payments will apply in these situations.
Let’s talk about your background:
You have formal relevant tertiary qualifications, are registered with AHPRA (where required) and hold an employee Working with Children Check.
You have a genuine commitment to the Nexus values and standard of care and have a client-centred, strengths-based approach to empowering clients and their families
For the Grade 2 positions, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in paediatrics.
