This is an opportunity to take the organisation to the next stage of its development, contributing to strategy and the evolution of the business model whilst remaining passionately focussed on supporting and empowering the recipients of its services.  You will lead a passionate and committed team, ensuring high levels of engagement and morale, and contributing to ongoing commercial sustainability. You will maintain and build on an extremely wide range of stakeholder relationships, optimising opportunities to build enduring partnerships. 

You are a senior executive with substantial leadership experience, possibly but not necessarily in the disability sector.  You are strongly committed to the empowerment and support of people with disabilities and you pride yourself on your interpersonal leadership skills and your strategic thinking capacity.  You are an effective communicator who relishes the opportunity to relate to and partner with recipients of services, family members, and counterparties in other organisations and government.
