- Salary range $80,000 – $85,000 (Depending on experience. Salary Packaging
available) - Join a community-connected NFP enacting positive change at the intersection of
family violence and multiculturalism!
We are looking for a great Family Violence all-rounder with an understanding of the
Victorian FV system, training experience and project skills. This is a great opportunity to
work with FV professionals and multicultural communities in a busy and diverse team.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is a must, and experience in co-design a
definite plus!
The incumbent will facilitate the development, delivery and evaluation of capacity
building initiatives, expert advice, and advocacy. They will also contribute to a range of
project work in a variety of settings.
Critical to success in the Capacity Builder/Trainer role will be delivering training
predominantly focusing on culturally responsive family violence practice. Role may
include some travel and weekend work.
