Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Resource Growth, you will provide the vision, strategic direction and leadership for Oxfam Australia’s Philanthropic fundraising approaches, and lead an ambitious agenda for growth, including the successful development and implementation of a new Principal Gifts campaign.
Blending your strategic acumen with a demonstrated track record of attracting and cultivating
high level volunteers and/or committees to deliver substantial fundraising targets, you, will bring proven knowledge of best practice major-gift fundraising methodology including prospect research, managing databases for portfolio management, proposal preparation and the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of major donors.
Demonstrated leadership experience in a for-purpose environment is a must, and sound interpersonal, organisational and relationship building skills are demanded.
