 The Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Training & Audit Compliance Officer to join our team!

The Training & Audit Compliance Officer is responsible for providing training & support to BIA’s supported employees including the development and implementation of individualised training plans, liaising with community and other agencies, skill assessments and recording and filing documentation appropriate to BIA’s needs.

The Training & Audit Compliance Officer will also utilise their strong work ethic with a passion and commitment to continuous improvement to ensure that Brunswick Industries Association (BIA) meets all relevant government, legislative and regulatory requirements and that BIA’s policies and procedures are consistently adhered to.

About You

As a minimum, you will have a Certificate IV Training & Assessment qualification.

You will have clear and effective interpersonal skills and an ability to motivate individuals to meet their goals. You can demonstrate strong professionalism, resourcefulness, and approachability. You have proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as required, with an emphasis on timeliness, quality, and positive outcomes.

You will have previous experience and or qualifications in audit & compliance whilst having high attention to detail. It is desirable that you have previously audited ISO 9001 Quality and AS 4801 Safety standards and qualifications in workplace health and safety.

Whilst having experience in the disability industry and an understanding of the NDIS framework is desirable having the right can do attitude is a MUST!

Please note the successful applicant will be subject to a satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check including completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module Training.  It is a requirement you either hold or obtain a First Aid Certificate.
