Director of Advancement – Marist College Canberra

With a new master plan now in place for the next 25 years, the College is committed to establishing a new fundraising strategy and robust advancement program in order to significantly grow their fundraising efforts. The College now seeks a new Director of Advancement who, working closely with the Headmaster and Director of Business Services, will further develop and implement their fundraising strategy, including the establishment of key fundraising programs for the College. The Director will build and nurture strategic relationships within the College community, helping to establish and grow a culture of philanthropy across the College.

The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in developing and implementing successful philanthropic programs, with a track record in the cultivation and solicitation of major gifts. The ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally, and to work collaboratively with others will be key. Alignment with the College’s values and mission will be fundamental.
