About the role
EACH is looking for a full-time or part-time (.8fte) Team Leader to manage and support the Manningham Youth Services team until 30 June 2024!

We are seeking a highly engaging team leader to provide operational support to the team and work in collaboration with Manningham Council to ensure effective delivery of all aspects of the service, as well as providing information, advice, and expertise on youth-related matters. You will be professional with strong interpersonal skills, well-developed written and verbal communications skills, and a demonstrated ability to form effective partnerships with various stakeholders.
Holding a qualification in social work, psychology, youth work or similar is highly desirable.
What you’ll be doing
As the Team Leader – Manningham Youth Services you will be motivated and passionate about helping to create a positive culture in the workplace and providing leadership to a small team of dedicated youth workers and a project officer. This role requires developing the teams’ capabilities through supervision, coordination, continuous learnings, recruitment and supporting staff in day-to- day work to meet all data, evaluation and reporting requirements.
You will be co-located at Manningham City Council to be best placed in supporting them in all aspects of liaison, strategic planning, coordinating, and responding to youth-related needs in the area and to represent Council in external youth-related forums and networks.
Who you’ll be working with
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be leading a small team of service delivery professionals dedicated to promoting community–inclusive youth services aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of local young people within the Manningham Council area.
