PRONIA has a strong vision for service growth and workforce expansion across its business units with the position contributing to the achievement of organisational goals and objectives. We are looking to fill the People & Culture Manager position based at head office in Brunswick.
The People & Culture Manager (PCM) position will be responsible for leading the team to deliver quality human resources and proactively support the organisation’s development by bringing new talent and capabilities to expand our dynamic teams.
The PCM will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the capacity to build constructive working relationships across all teams to promote positive culture and work environment. The position will focus on P&C services that include recruitment and on-boarding of new talent, payroll liaison and support, employee relations and safety, industry stakeholder engagement, employee training and development, policy improvement and compliance.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational, HR generalist skills with experience in Australian IR laws. Tertiary HR qualifications are essential, IT knowledge well regarded. Appointment to the position is subject to criminal history check. This position requires a full vaccination status.
Competitive Remuneration according to qualifications & experience under the Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Industry Award 2010. Salary packaging available.
