Wintringham is a specialist not-for-profit organisation providing an extensive range of aged care, housing and related support services to men and women aged 50-plus who have been homeless or at risk of homelessness. We employ over 800 staff and operate from multiple offices across Melbourne, regional Victoria and Hobart. Our Head Office provides the strategic direction and support services for Wintringham’s residential, housing and community care services.

Your new role
Wintringham is currently undertaking an exciting digital transformation and are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our IT Team on a part time or full time – fixed term basis (12-month contract). Reporting directly to the Technology Manager, this position will play a critical role in the successful implementation of new enterprise applications part of the organisation DT process. The successful candidate will have an exceptional eye for detail and an excellent ability to develop constructive relationships with project stakeholders to ensure a smooth roll out of DT projects.
Other responsibilities and duties will include:
- Ability to work to, and meet, tight deadlines.
- Management and delivery of DT project streams / phases including:
- Detailed project planning
- Coordination of project resources and SME’s
- Working closely with the Project Team, SME’s, BA’s/Technical Writer to troubleshoot roadblocks to ensure the success of the project.

- Advanced problem solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Ability to work autonomously and escalate issues appropriately
- Ability to liaise with staff at every level of the organization
- Current driver’s license & own reliable vehicle for site visits where required
