About the role
Bridge Housing is looking for a strategic partner to join the Senior Executive Team and drive the organisation’s culture, performance and brand using a strengths-based approached. The role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and must develop and deliver:
- the People and Culture Strategy, the Brand and Communication Strategy and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy
- contemporary people programs, policies and systems for the full employment lifecycle that facilitates the achievement of the organisation’s strategy
- advice in the industrial landscape that protects the business and ensures respect and allegiance to its employees
- compliance with all industrial instruments including state, federal and regulatory requirements in the HR and communications space.
To be successful in this role you will have experience as the lead of people and culture and the lead or experience in brand. You will come with strong views and strong values. You will role model ethics, continuous learning and empathy.
You will be an agile and confident executive that can easily transition from the strategic to the operational space and influence and inspire at all levels of the business.
Immediate focus will be on the organisation’s growth agenda by:
- developing the P&C, Comms and Diversity strategies built on evidence, research and your current knowledge and experience
- Skills gap analysis and driving L&D to fill those gaps
- Developing clear career pathways, succession plans and L&D opportunities
- Enhancing use of the current HRIS (Elmo) and providing people and comm’s analytics and dashboards to drive decision making at the Board, executive and operational level.
