About the role
YWCA Australia is currently seeking a passionate Women’s Housing Support Team Coordinator to join our Service Delivery Team. This role is offered on a full-time basis on a maximum term contract, starting 1/07/2022 and ending on 21/02/2024. The role is based in our South Melbourne office.
The Team Coordinator leads the delivery of the Women’s Housing Support Program and leads a team of two Women’s Housing Support, Case Managers. The Team Coordinator’s responsibilities include a reduced case load involving direct case management to Lakehouse (South Melbourne) transitional site residents as well as team and budget support, delivery against agreed outcomes, reporting and evaluation. Working closely with the Regional Manager, the General Manager Service Delivery (based in Victoria), and the YWCA Housing team, the Team Coordinator will manage and develop partnering opportunities to maximise housing, social inclusion, and economic participation outcomes for women initially housed at Lakehouse transitional program, into stable housing in the broader community.
