We’re scouting for a new team member who’s passionate about relationship building in the nonprofit sector and helping organisations grow by doing digital better.

The Role

Your #1 responsibility as an Account Manager is to help our clients have an amazing experience with our platform. The starts with onboarding, and grows from there… You will have the opportunity to build enduring, value-based relationships with a stable territory of nonprofit clients, and help them grow online revenue through digital innovation.

Everyday, You’ll Be…

  • Nurturing new and existing clients to ensure great outcomes from using our platform.
  • Driving value by helping clients adopt key modules and features within the platform
  • Building a deep understanding of your clients’ organisations and needs, and how PIXO can help them achieve their growth goals
  • Being on the front foot with supporting your clients’ calendar of activities, such as appeals, fundraising campaigns, membership program, etc
  • Identifying and proposing PIXO professional services that may be valuable to your clients
  • Building and nurturing a community of passionate PIXO users across Australia (…and the world!)

To Be Great, You’ll Need…

  • Excellent communication skills across all channels (in person, phone, email)
  • Passion for how nonprofits can grow through being better at digital
  • Comfortable around data and how data can generate actionable insights to enable better revenue outcomes across donor, fundraising and member programs
  • Experience in developing value-based relationships in the nonprofit sector
  • Ability to coordinate people and teams to achieve outcomes
  • Ability to identify your clients’ needs and work out ways of meeting these needs efficiently

Ideally, you’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in the workforce with a passion and understanding of how nonprofits can embrace digital innovation to grow.
