About the role
South East Volunteers is a non-profit organization that has been providing community services for 40-plus years. Our current CEO is retiring and we are looking to appoint a new CEO.
We are seeking a candidate who is a respected (or emerging) leader within the community sector, has management & business experience and has an understanding of the needs of older Victorians. The successful candidate would be a leader with business acumen, strong communication skills, and an understanding of government funding and the not-for-profit sector.
Reporting to the Board you will be responsible overall for the performance of the organization and your main responsibilities include maintaining and building the organization and ensuring effective financial, staff, and regulatory management.
