Cancer Council Victoria (CCV) was established in 1936 and has since developed an international reputation for their innovative work in cancer research, prevention and support. As an independent, not-for-profit organisation, CCV plays a leading role in reducing the impact of all cancers on all people.
You will lead the development and oversee the implementation of the Individual Giving strategy to acquire new supporters, grow income, and increase sustainable income streams in digital and offline channels, with a focus on Regular Giving. The Individual Giving Manager will develop and manage integrated fundraising campaigns across multiple segments and channels, using data-driven insights to drive growth, efficiencies, and innovation, and improve acquisition and retention. The role also leads the evaluation, reporting and financial performance of these programs.
This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative, creative, and strategic leader. You will manage, coach, inspire and empower the Individual Giving Team by developing capability in leadership, fundraising, innovation, and problem-solving relationship management.
About YOU
- Strong alignment to CCV’s values – Excellence, Integrity and Compassion
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Fundraising and/or substantial experience in individual and regular giving campaign management and strategic planning
- Demonstrated experience working with data including targeting and segmentation, together with analytics and insights to inform strategies for testing, learning, and innovation
- Ability to motivate, inspire, lead, and train a team to ensure high performance and revenue targets are met, along with an ability to foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Results focussed with the ability to manage a broad workload, focus on the big picture and deliver key tasks
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritise competing deadlines
