The National Marketing Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of Primacy Group Australia’s brands and innovative marketing strategy, ensuring best practice methods are used. In consultation with Group Executives, this role will lead the development, execution and evaluation of a range of national campaigns, including the provision of strategic advice and recommendations. This role will also implement strategic communications and marketing strategies, both internal and external, for key projects, initiatives and to satisfy organisational objectives, including the production and distribution of collateral. Initiatives will include marketing, fundraising, brand management, media and social media engagement, community awareness campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
Reporting to the CEO, and leading the Marketing and Communications Team, the National Marketing Manager will provide effective leadership to drive the performance and outputs of the team which includes the day-to-day management of Engagement Coordinators and being accountable for budgets, timelines and reporting. To deliver ongoing improvements in service delivery, you will establish initiatives, policies and procedures, and ensure all relevant stakeholders have awareness and are putting them into practice. Some out of hours work and travel may be requested.
About YOU
- Highly developed strategic marketing/digital marketing, communications and project management skills,
- Proven ability to lead and effectively manage the performance, output and development of direct reports,
- Demonstrated experience leading social marketing and community awareness campaigns,
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including ability to influence and negotiate,
- You are self-motivated, responsive, flexible and can work well under time pressures and multiple priorities,
- You proactively work towards achieving individual and team goals and embrace learning opportunities,
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, media or a related discipline, and/or equivalent demonstrated experience in a related field,
- Prior experience in a disability, NDIS or for-purpose marketing setting is highly regarded,
- An understanding of the mental health or broader health sectors in Australia is also highly regarded
