About the role
Bedford is now seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified persons for remunerated positions on the Board to make a positive difference within the community.
Responsibilities include:
- Attending and contributing to monthly Board meetings;
- Providing input and expertise to assist in the Board’s decision-making;
- Identifying and developing initiatives to add value to South Australia’s disability sector;
- Participating in special purpose sub committees;
- Reviewing all activities and performance of business management;
- Ensuring that business decisions reflect and align with the organisation’s Strategic Plan and values.
