Bendigo Primary Care Centre (BPCC) is a purpose-driven not-for-profit organisation that offers a one-stop health care service to the wider Bendigo community. BPCC includes a GP clinic and same-day appointments, alongside preventative and ongoing care for patients with complex and chronic illnesses.
About the role:
A leadership position at BPCC gives you the opportunity to contribute to your community in a meaningful way. By leading the strategic focus, managing key clinic services, and developing the next generation of allied health professionals, you will be instrumental in driving the business direction.
Primary Objectives:
- Implement and execute strategic and operational business plans, while promoting a positive and supportive culture in which operations align with the values of BPCC.
- Provide coordination and support regarding all aspects of human resources, finance, OH&S, quality, and risk management.
- Work closely with the BPCC Board to develop and maintain new and existing relationships with key stakeholders and partners, including the founding organisations.
- Review, develop, and implement procedures, policies, and systems across BPCC.
The successful candidate will:
Be an effective leader with the ability to manage and build multidisciplinary teams that will execute the strategic goals and plans of BPCC, consistent with time frames, activity, and budgets.
You will have demonstrated experience operating an allied health clinic, strong financial acumen, an understanding of corporate shared services, and a history of working with and/ or reporting to a Board of Directors. A relevant tertiary qualification is essential.
Please note: You must be willing to obtain an employment working with children check and police check. You must be triple vaccinated against COVID-19 and be up-to-date with your flu shot.
