About the organisation
Mission Aviation Fellowship is a unique Christian relief and development charity operating 130 light aircraft in over 30 countries. MAF transports patients, relief workers, produce, medical supplies and Christian workers in the world's remotest regions: places of deepest human need where flying is not a luxury but a lifeline. We have operated for over 75 years and have developed into a large aviation services charity. Every six minutes a MAF aircraft takes off or lands somewhere in the world, transporting people who live in remote communities and assisting aid and development agencies, missions and churches to share the love of God.

Mission Aviation Fellowship Australia is growing its Business Partnership team as we support the global mission of spreading Christ’s love and hope to isolated communities.
When you join MAF Australia as a Business Partnership Coordinator, you will make an impact by building strong networks and partnerships with SMEs and business organisations and working together toward the mission of MAF.

The overall objective of this role is to support the Business Partnerships Manager in building and managing strong partnerships with businesses.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- An outgoing and friendly personality with great networking skills to build authentic and genuine connections with business owners and stakeholders.
- A business mindset as a plus! Although you are making human connections, being able to understand how business works will absolutely set you up for the win.
- Experience in Ministry, either as an employee or in a voluntary capacity.

Please note: This is a full-time role, based at the MAF Australia offices in Bella Vista, New South Wales. Some local travel may be required.
