Deputy Manager Training

We seek a passionate professional to join our management team and to provide operational direction & coordination of our learning program (RTO & Learn Local).   This person will provide leadership and inspiration for our learning program staff, contribute to team development and a productive and positive organisational culture while ensuring that our learning programs meet quality, compliance and standards.

We will expect this person to have a sound understanding of accredited and pre-accredited training for adults, particularly English as an additional language and digital literacy.

This person will have experience in a senior management position running an RTO and/or Learn Local organisation.

Applicants should address the key selection criteria and possess relevant recognised tertiary qualifications and experience including:

• excellent people skills and experience working in community-based environment.
• more than 5 years experience in an RTO or Learn Local Management position.
• knowledge of Skills First contractual obligations and audits
• high level experience in coordinating a team of tutors and education support workers.
