About The role
As the Service Delivery Manager will oversee and develop the services we deliver to our clients,and will build relationships with other providers, Support Coordinators, and Allied Health Practitioners to attract new clients.

You will be responsible for engagement and consultation with our clients, their families, and other service providers. You will oversee Quality & Compliance to enhance processes, ensure that the support services we deliver meet and exceed NDIS Practice Standards and the expectations of clients, develop new service offerings, and are continually being improved.

A vital part of your role is to role model to support workers the standards that are expected,and to develop a great team culture based upon open communication, transparency too.

You will require a strong background working in a similar role and be able to add value with your exceptional leadership skills, innovative thinking and collaborative approach to managing teams.

Key Selection Criteria:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following attributes as a minimum.

• BA Social Work or equivalent with 5+ years’ experience in Disability with experience in Client Services Management, business development, partnership development in similar role
• Understanding of the NDIS model 
• Superior communication skills – written, verbal and presentation
• Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously across your role, collaborating closely with leadership team
• Experience in conducting stakeholder consultation & engaging new participants  

Essential requirements:
• VIC Working with Children Check for Employment Purposes
• National Police Record Check
• Full vaccination against COVID-19
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Unrestricted and valid Driver’s License
