Psychologist – Graduate

This queer-friendly inner-city practice works within a relaxing and comfortable terrace, where a safe environment for counselling, largely with adults, has been created.  Deli Baker is the Principal Consultant and works with a group of highly motivated graduate and experienced professionals, offering flexible options mainly to clients around issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress,  relationships identity, including gender and sexuality, and others, including Victims of Crime & Workcover rehabilitation counselling.

The Practice offers face-to-face and telehealth counselling, currently using a range of approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), supportive counselling, psychotherapy and EMDR.  The sessions are usually an hour in duration, and the method used and how long the person needs to come for are determined by several factors, including the nature and depth of the issues.

The Practice is experiencing significant growth and seeks to recruit energised professionals who will be part of a great team as they continue to develop themselves professionally while they contribute to the growth of the practice.
