Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with individual practices to assess their operational needs and identify areas for improvement.
• Designing and implementing innovative systems, processes, and best practices to streamline practice operations and enhance efficiency.
• Mentoring and coaching practice staff, providing guidance and support throughout the change management process.
• Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and develop scalable solutions for practice management.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Practice Manager in a healthcare provider setting, with a strong track record of delivering operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on problem-solving and finding innovative solutions.
• Experience in implementing systems and processes to drive operational efficiency and enhance the patient experience.
