Audit & Risk Committee – Independent Member

2-year remunerated appointment for attended meetings only.

The Audit & Risk Committee assists the Workways Australia Limited Board in the effective discharge of its responsibilities for financial oversight and reporting, internal and external audit, risk management, ICT systems assurance, legislative compliance and other matters referred to the Committee by the Board. 

The position can be based anywhere in Australia.

What you will bring to the position

• Demonstrated experience in effective ICT systems, Governance and Risk Management.
• Skills in financial management and/or financial governance
• Skills and/or experience with Quality Audits

The Audit and Risk Committee meets at least four (4) times a year and may convene additional meetings as required.  Remuneration for attendance at meetings will apply.
