Reporting to the General Manager, Organisational Development, this important role of Human Resources Business Partner will support the organisations’ people & resource management functions, managing and implementing HR services, policies, and procedures, as well as supporting strategy and objectives. This diverse and hands-on role will provide support and advice to CEHL business unit managers and assist with implementing advice and support.
This newly created position adds to the expertise and resources of CEHL’s People & Organisational Development team, and will manage recruitment, induction, and onboarding/offboarding procedures; performance management, training requirements, employment contracts, legal compliance, cultural and engagement activities, HR administration, OH&S and beyond.
About YOU
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent demonstrated experience in a similar-level role)
- 3 – 5 years’ experience supporting People and Culture work
- The ability to work collaboratively and build strong, authentic and supportive working relationships
- A great understanding of people and how to create an environment where they can be their best
- The ability to work autonomously, and as be a supportive team player
- You will be proactive in staying up-to-date with Fair Work, NES and Modern Award changes, and be able to provide accurate and timely advice in relation to CEHL’s Enterprise Agreement
